Two Scottish players participate in a classic tug-of-war, joined on occasion by Nessie. Players first scramble to build their decks in real time. After the decks have been built, card play goes back and forth until someone pulls the whisky barrel across their line and claims it. First one to win three whisky barrels wins the game.

Heave Ho! is part of the Kosmos two-player series.

nanDECK script and images for How Ruck!

A nanDECK script and image files, to create a simplified Print and Play version of this out of print 2 player card game. This is a very basic version, using 1 scotsman graphic each for the red, green and blue cards... 1 graphic for the robust ladies.. and 1 graphic for Nessie. You will need the free card designer program nanDECK in order run the enclosed script and generate the card images.
