In Dominion, each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end.
From the back of the box: "You are a monarch, like your parents before you, a ruler of a small pleasant kingdom of rivers and evergreens. Unlike your parents, however, you have hopes and dreams! You want a bigger and more pleasant kingdom, with more rivers and a wider variety of trees. You want a Dominion! In all directions lie fiefs, freeholds, and feodums. All are small bits of land, controlled by petty lords and verging on anarchy. You will bring civilization to these people, uniting them under your banner.
"But wait! It must be something in the air; several other monarchs have had the exact same idea. You must race to get as much of the unclaimed land as possible, fending them off along the way. To do this you will hire minions, construct buildings, spruce up your castle, and fill the coffers of your treasury. Your parents wouldn't be proud, but your grandparents, on your mother's side, would be delighted."
Dominion is not a CCG, but the play of the game is similar to the construction and play of a CCG deck. The game comes with 500 cards. You select 10 of the 25 Kingdom card types to include in any given play—leading to immense variety.

I just enhanced/combined a few of the existing ideas into vertical dividers that are just slightly wider than sleeves for every expansion up to Hinterland. Not fancy, simple and easy to read so I can stuff everything into the big box.
This is a simple black-and-white player mat that I created. It just contains four boxes - Discard, Deck, Hand, and Play, and a few words to help people remember the rules. Unlike the other player mats I've seen here, this one prints quickly and uses very little ink.
These are the first "Proof Of Concept" card boxes that I am making for Dominion. I am posting the POC file so that I can get feedback from, well, anyone. The idea is really a combination of several organizational ideas that have been posted here on BGG. Other than combining of features the only other real addition is the inclusion of the card image on the outside of the box.
These boxes are designed to be cut on the solid lines and folded on the dotted lines. The Index Tab is designed to be double sided by folding it over. The adhesive that I used (and highly recommend) to affix the fold over tabs is called Scor-Tape (www.scor-pal.com) it is an excellent, permanent adhesive. This file contains vertical dividers for all sets through Hinterlands and all promos through Governor. The dividers are organized with each set on its own tab and sized to fit in a cardboard "monster" box. I used some basic color coding to distinguish card tyoes, which can be easily removed if you prefer black & white only. The coloring and fading effects were done in Excel '07 and I can't guarantee they'll work properly in Excel '03 or older.
The archive contains all (to date, that is) icons of Dominion card sets (those, that are in the lower right corner of the card). Version 1.1 includes: Dominion (base), Intrigue, Seaside, Alchemy, Prosperity, Cornucopia, Hinterlands, Black Market, Stash, Envoy, Governor and Walled Village (this one was missing from version 1.0).
The campaign record sheet as a stand-alone file to simplify printing. This supplements the "Dominion Campaign Rules V01" file also available on this page.
This file aggregates all released Dominion promotional card descriptions together into one file. This file includes the Walled Village and Governor cards as well as the older Envoy, Black Market, Stash, and Blank Card releases. This file will be regularly updated when new Dominion promotional cards become available. This document is never intended to go beyond two pages so that it may always be added to a Dominion rules booklet via duplex printing.
These boards / mats provide placeholders for the various cards used in Dominion. They include almost everything needed for play up to Cornucopia. I only included the cards that I would use all the time. Cards like Black Market will still require a separate pile.
Page 1 is the Kingdom card mat. It allows for 10 Kingdom Card placements.
Page 2 provides placements for the treasure, victory, curse, and trash cards.
Page 3 is a player mat. I created it to help deck building game noobs learn how to play. On this mat I've also included the turn order instructions.
