Imperium is a 2-player game of space empire conflict set in 22nd Century AD, and in the history of the Traveller role playing game. It simulates the clash between Earth (Terra) and an alien civilization, represented in the form of a widespread Empire (the Ziru Sirka). Both sides have a variety of starships and ground forces to choose from. Movement takes place via 'jumps' from one star to the next, and conflict is resolved at these 'points'.

Imperium Lite Map ver2
A revised version of my point-to-point map I submitted to the gallery. Includes several connections that were missed, placement of a missing planet box, etc. It's friendly for printing on four legal-sized sheets or with one go as a poster.

short&stupid rules, (imperial/senate cards, but nothing too fancy)
A bit more modified version, combined from the variants seen here and elsewhere. The imperial/senate cards mentioned in the text. The idea for the cards is not mine but someone elses, first mention I have seen was by user gilesclone on some geeklist. See comments
