This is the newest version, which is available as of November 28, 2011. It is version number 2 (v2).
This download is a three-page Microsoft Word Document.
The two player house rules found here, have been developed for playing the Risk Revised Edition 2008 boardgame . They can be used with the " Command Room " version , or the " World Conquest " version of play, for this game.

Note, this game is also known as: Risk Reinvention , Risk Factor , Risk Onyx Edition .

Revised RISK Retrofit Gamepieces

I have created this .pdf file so that folks who own classic versions of RISK can print out the extra game pieces they need to play with the 2008 revised RISK ruleset. Simply print it out to a regular sheet of paper. For best results, glue it to a cardboard backing before you cut out the pieces. I designed the pieces in color, but also to be identifiable if printed in black-and-white. There are a second set of capital tokens that can be manually colored with a color marker or pencil crayon if printed in B&W. See the the RISK 2008 Revised Edition Rulebook for proper usage.

Risk 2008 Revised Edition Rulebook

This book covers the new RISK rules, and potentially allows owners of any of the classic versions to play the new revised game. All you'd need is this rulebook, LordBobbio's star territory card reference, and the RISK retrofit game pieces (all downloadable from boardgamegeek).
You'll also need two extra dice for the bonus attack die, but you'll have to scrounge those up yourself. Have fun!
