MAKIN' MOVIES is a card game about collecting the right actors and money to make a movie. Based on an idea by a 7 year old!

You're a low budget movie producer and your goal is to compete against other players and try to be the first to collect enough money and the right actors to make your movie OR make the most money by charging the other players for your actors when another movie is made. A simple card game with many options and 2 different ways to win. Each turn every player has 3 actions which represent; Holding auditions, casting for roles in your movie and hiring Actors from other players. How will you fit a Pirate, a Football player and a Caveman into your movie?

Game contains 56 Actor & Money cards and 8 script cards.

Welcome to Makin' Movies studios where only second-rate actors are hired to make Grade-B movies every day! You're a low budget movie producer who will be looking for the worst type-cast actors that you can find to quickly make your low budget film. In fact, you won't even hire an actor unless they've already played certain roles. The actors that you will try to hire can only handle one type of specialty acting and will only be useful to you for the type of acting that they know how to do. You'll find unknown retired athletes, out-of-work comedians and Clem who can only handle cowboy roles. Your goal is to compete against other players and try to be the first to collect enough money and the right actors to make your movie or make the most money with your actors by the time someone else makes a movie. The winner may be the first person to make their movie, OR it may be someone else... you never know until the points are added up!
