There is $1, $5 and $10 denomination sheets, each with 12 notes. Print 2 sheets of the 1 & 5 and 1 sheet of the 10 to have enough Money for four players.

Command Wars Rules v1.0

This is an alternative ruleset. It is much simpler, for example:
1. You capture in one turn - no admin required
2. Only 5 unit types. APC & Recon have been combined.
3. Simple damage rules. Units are either Full Health, Injured or Dead.
Probably other differences too.
The rules have not been play-tested so any feedback is welcome!
