Splits (2010)

Splits is an abstract strategy game from Jactalea; however, unlike most of their offerings to date, it is in wood, rather than leather. Players start the game by constructing the board from eight identical four-hex tiles, then each player places her tall stack of discs on one of the border hexes. Then, in turn, each player chooses some number of discs to take off the top of her tower, and moves it as far away as it can go, unobstructed, in a straight line. When a player can't make a move, she loses.
