The 480 cards in the complete set were sold in 100 card (non-random) Starter sets, which included Rules, Dice, and a Help Guide. They were also sold in 15 card (random) boosters.

FA adventure location cards

This helps creates a thin narrative or mood for the game. Played in 4 rounds the cards track the max number of monster melee points you can use each round against an opponent. As the amount increases, the adventures move forward on their quest to a new location. Simple yes, but it works for us.
