Racing game driven by cards. There's a central track deck which simulates a given track. Each card in it can be an event (a yellow flag, crash, blown engine) or simply a lap count which players must attain for that turn. Each player has a driver deck which they draw from to make a hand. They play cards each turn to reach the lap count. With their remaining actions/cards they can pass, block, challenge, draft etc. the other cars.
This file is to add NPC to the race to have more cars in the field without having multiple cars per player. The NPC cars use dice for responses and actions. the NPC car always rolls for one action but will not always be able to use it.
Play tested with 3-6 players. with the use of 1 or 2 NPC cars. You will need a set of percentage dice per NPC car and a D6 and D8 to apply the stickers. you will also need a fudge die for pitting if you use this rule. for 2 lane racing always take the lane that will benefit the NPC car the most.

A two sided summary card for Stock Car Championship Racing Card Game has been uploaded. I have tried to incorporate rules from all the different sets into a convenient two sided sheet. I appreciate any comments to make the card even better for new players.
