The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game is a cooperative adventure game in which the players attempt to complete a scenario, each with three heroes of their choice and a deck of allies, events and attachments to support them. Each round, players send their heroes and allies to quest or to fight with enemies that engage them. However, as the heroes and allies exhaust after questing, defending, or attacking, the players' options are typically insufficient to deal with everything at once. Therefore, players need to determine whether it is more urgent to quest and make progress in the scenario while the enemy forces gain power, or to take down enemies while making no progress, not knowing what will come next.
The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game is the base game of a Living Card Game for which new adventure packs are released monthly. The base game contains three scenarios, twelve famous characters from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien (including Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Denethor and Eowyn), and four pre-constructed player decks. Players can either use one of these decks or construct their own deck to increase their chances to be succesful in the more challenging scenarios. The monthly adventure packs contain a new scenario, a new hero, and new player cards to be used in their deck. The base game is for 1-2 players, but with an additional base game the scenarios can be played with up to four players.
Although this game is set in Tolkien's Middle Earth, the scenarios do not represent scenes from the books, but rather take place in the seventeen years from Bilbo's birthday until Frodo's departure from the Shire.

A Moment to Breath can be used as an introductory quest for new players, even though it has stuff that aren't common (like bifurcated quests and two active quests as once) I never had a player that was confused. You can also play this as if it is a continuation of Passage Through Mirkwood, making the first game longer.
It's set it between Passage and the Anduin quests.

Inspired by the other high quality scenarios here at bgg, I decided to do one on my own. "Storm on the Woodland Realm" is set right after "Escape from Dol Guldur" and is my personal ending for the Mirkwwood.
As you may notice, english is not my mouthed tongue, so please excuse smaller mistakes. I hope you have as much fun playing the the scenario s I had designing it, and please tell me how you liked it!
Detailed Turn Sequence (with effects timings), Terminology definitions, Setup sequence, Quest Resolution sequence and FAQ definitions, all on one page, in b&w for printer friendly, and in Word so you customise as needed. Includes all FAQ I've seen up to the end of the first cycle. Pls advise errors or improvements - thx.
Updated to Khazad-Dum.
This is the excel list I use to create my decks.
It contains two sheets, one with
-every player card with every stat
-combos listed for each card
-sinergies among cards with proper columns like "combo with", "combo usage", "traits", behaviour", "ability".
-column 'QAD': "which cards are good to increase attack or defend or quest?"
-column "M/S": "which cards shine in multiplayer games? And in single player?"
The other sheet contains a list of all the keywords and cards for every keyword:
-which cards have a dwarf trait OR help dwarves or need dwarves?
-which cards cooperate together to have better Rohan (Dwarf,Hobbit,Silvan,Eagle, Gondor...) sinergies?
Please feel free to help me finding typos and to improve the list. Any comment is appreciated.
Thanks to BGG...
Here you are tuckbox for sleeved card. I use Mayday sleeves, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" Card game (the green ones). There is a tuckbox designed for each sphere, each one could store 53 cards (50 cards + 3 heroes). The design is quite sober, but tuckboxes can be edited before printing, so you can insert images, removing what is or what you want. Tuckboxes desing is available in English and Spanish. I print the tuckboxes on cardboard, this way you get better consistency and decks are easily differentiated. Any questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks Fractaloon for your deckbox design tool
