Horrific monsters and spectral presences lurk in manors, crypts, schools, monasteries, and derelict buildings near Arkham, Massachusetts. Some spin dark conspiracies while others wait for hapless victims to devour or drive insane. It’s up to a handful of brave investigators to explore these cursed places and uncover the truth about the living nightmares within.
Designed by Corey Konieczka, Mansions of Madness is a macabre game of horror, insanity, and mystery for two to five players. Each game takes place within a pre-designed story that provides players with a unique map and several combinations of plot threads. These threads affect the monsters that investigators may encounter, the clues they need to find, and which climactic story ending they will ultimately experience. One player takes on the role of the keeper, controlling the monsters and other malicious powers within the story. The other players take on the role of investigators, searching for answers while struggling to survive with their minds intact.

Can the witch who lurks there, casting spells from afar, be stopped before her ritual is completed?
The Factory: A cult has taken up residence in an abandoned factory and begun kidnapping children in the service of their alien allies. But with every inch of floor covered in moving conveyor belts, even maintaining steady footing will prove difficult. The real danger may be neither the worshippers nor their winged associates but something unseen that devours those who take even one false step...

This is my first Custom scenario I ever made for MOM. I'm sorry it's completely in German, probably I might translate it later (but my English might be too poor for that)...
It's kind of the Blood Rites (? - No. 3) story, but I wanted to have a "zombies storming a mansion" story.
This is a 2-page file to update your revised scenarios from v1.2 to v1.3. Note that you still need to download the main file to check for updated rules regarding investigator death and fire.
When your friend Collin gets himself into trouble again, it falls to you to save him. Of course, the mind-affecting colored lights aren't helping matters, and you appear not to be the only ones who are interested.
A Fan-Made Mansions of Madness Scenario by the same person who brought you Completing the Circle!
Download this zip file and you will recieve:
- Exploration Cards, including a brand new kind of card - Locations!
- Investigator Guide, which details the story of Collin and why he's been in trouble in the past
- Keeper Actions, including one whose cost is entirely in Mythos and Trauma cards instead of threat.
- Keeper Guide, including one of my favorite room setups I've seen.
- Map, which tells you to put lock puzzle pieces on the board.
- Story Cards, including...
A disturbing letter from an old friend and colleague, now hopelessly insane, summons the investigators to the isolated All Saints Asylum. They arrive to find that the inmates have all but taken over the place, and that the good doctor is apparently nowhere to be found.
All Saints Asylum features a strong and multi-layered story, non-sequential clue cards, partly hidden map, in-game NPCs, new interrogate action, and much, much more. It can be played using the original game without any expansions.
Mansions of Madness is an RPG board game of horror and investigation. Narrative and mood are supposed to be primary, but game mechanics and scenario design tend to make them secondary. This document presents a set of guidelines to further story and immersion when creating your own scenarios.
