Louis-François, Baron Lejeune (February 3, 1775 - February 29, 1848) was a Strasbourg-born French general and artist who produced an important series of realistic battlefield paintings based upon his experiences by keeping paintbrushes with him even on the battlefield.

A portion of his 1802 painting Batille de Marengo was used as the cover artwork for the games Marengo: Morning Defeat, Afternoon Victory and Marengo, a portion of his painting Bataille des Pyramides was used as the cover artwork for the game The Egyptian Campaign, and a portion of his painting Battle of Borodino 1812 was used as the cover artwork for the game Clash of the Eagles: Borodino & Friedland.
