Sir Peter Paul Rubens (June 28, 1577 - May 30, 1640) was a prolific 17th century Flemish artist, art collector, and diplomat who was a proponent of the Baroque style. He was knighted by both King Philip IV of Spain and King Charles I of England.
His painting Holy Family with Infant St. John and St. Elizabeth has been used as one of the art pieces in versions of the classic board game Masterpiece.
