Scott B. Bizar (born in the late 1940s) is a game designer from Gilbert, Arizona, who founded the game company Fantasy Games Unlimited in the summer of 1975. One of his college roommate's was fantasy author Lin Casing.

He has been working as a high school social studies teacher in Mesa, Arizona.
