His profession was computer engineering and he was a professor of Tokyo University of Technology.
Unfortunately he died in 2005.
He was not a professional game designer. But, he was one of the most important big named fan of wargame in Japan. His website "KOS's wargame" was hit first by google with the keyword "wargame" on Japanese.
