Shrum is a game designer and game publisher who is one of the co-founders of the popular wargame company GMT Games as the company's name comes from the initials of founders Gene Billingsley, Mike Crane, and Terry R. Shrum. However, Crane and Shrum soon left GMT to found the game company Fresno Gaming Association.
