Jeff Wilcox (sometimes under the name Rainsford) is an amateur board and card game designer, rpg player (and eventual publisher ...), and the Special Events Coordinator for KublaCon.
He published his fantasy adventure board game, Phantasy Realm, through his company Curious Games. Subsequently, Zeppeldrome, a zeppelin-racing game created with Anthony Gallela, has been sold to Bucephalus games and Jeff's Mad Scientist card game is under consideration for the same.
He is the mad genius behind the KGAs (KublaCon Gaming Awards) - given out each year at KublaCon.
He has an article and illustration published in Fight On! magazine.
