Scott McCloud, also known as Scott McLeod, (born June 10, 1960 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American comic artist. In 1984, he created the light-hearted science fiction/superhero comic book series Zot! In 1988, he became the principal author of the Creator's Bill of Rights.
