Mark H. Walker is wargame designer, former U.S. Navy officer, and writer who has written articles for publications such as AutoWeek, PC Gamer, and Computer Gaming World. He spent over 17 years in the U.S. Navy, reaching the rank of Commander. He has a masters degree in warfighting and international relations from the Naval War College.

He has been a game designer for the Lock 'n Load and World at War Series series of wargames.
