Greg Novak (September 4, 1950 - March 7, 2012) is a game designer who has worked for GDW Games and is the co-designer of the popular miniatures wargame rules Volley & Bayonet.

He served the Champaign School district for more than 30 years as a librarian and member of the school board.

He died on March 7, 2012, of a sudden heart attack.
