Paul Richard "Rich" Banner is an award-winning game designer and graphic artist who along with Frank Chadwick and Marc Miller founded the game publishing company Game Designers' Workshop on June 22, 1973. At Game Designers' Workshop, he served as art director.
Awards
In 1976, he won a Charles S. Roberts Award for Best Graphics for Chadwick's game Avalanche, a wargame depicting the Salerno landings of World War II.
In 1979, he won the H. G. Wells Award for Best Historical Figure Series for his graphics for System 7 for Napoleonics miniatures.
