Peter Perla

Dr. Peter Perla III is a respected Navy defense researcher and wargame expert. After earning his Ph.D. from Carnegie-Mellon University where his thesis dealt with a mathematical combat model, he joined the Center for Naval Analyses in 1977 where he works as their Director for Interactive Research Products. He has more than 30 years of professional wargaming experience and has served on various International Gamers Awards committees. He has served as a contributing editor for the wargaming magazines Fire and Movement and C3i and has been a play-tester and rules editor for a number of published games.
