Bruno Sinigaglio is one of the game designers for the 1981 game Battle of the Bulge and the game Siege of Jerusalem. He also contributed to the game Bitter Woods.
Contests that he has won at the World Boardgaming Championships include his victories in Afrika Korps in 1996 and 1997 and 2008 in the play-by-mail version of Afrika Korps, Anzio in 2007, the 1981 game The Battle of the Bulge in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2001, and Avalon Hill's Waterloo in 1996.
