Andrew Lloyd Webber, Baron Lloyd-Webber (born March 22, 1948 in Kensington, London, England) is an English game designer, composer, television personality, businessman, and theatre director who has been referred to as "the most commercially successful composer in history."
Queen Elizabeth II knighted him in 1992 and made him a life peer as Baron Lloyd-Webber, of Sydmonton in the County of Hampshire in 1997. He sits as a of the House of Lords.
