Born on the first day of the first month in one of the most interesting years in our country’s history, William Jacobson spent his formative years linearly increasing in height and girth in a small town on the outskirts of the state capital in the backwoods of southern Wisconsin.
Today, William lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a game designer, entrepreneur, computer engineer, and law student. William developed his first game, Identik, with his wife, Amanda Kohout. Identik won the 2010 As d'Or (French Game of the Year) and was nominated for the 2010 Spiel des Jahres.
