Judith Shepard Rosenfeld is a New Jersey-born game designer, author, and retired journalist from the area of Washington, DC. She was a founder and president of the Institute for Property Assessment Studies, a non-profit group that appeals District of Columbia property assessments. She was married to Alvin Z. Rosenfeld who was a foreign correspondent and vice director for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum who died in 1992.
