Mark Salzwedel began his professional life in book publishing as an acquisitions and developmental editor in 1984. After moving to San Francisco in 1986, he started developing board games for playing at private parties, among them Zombie Attack, published much later in 2007 by Strategic Space, the publishing company he had founded earlier the same year. After moving to Los Angeles in 1998, he developed and started testing Deer Hunter 2050 and 4th Corner, both published in 2007 also by Strategic Space. Now a resident of New York City, he is planning to publish several games in the coming months, including Star Hopper, Master Spy, and Samsara. He can be reached on BoardGameGeek as ssgames.
