Québec: Hitchcock à Québec (2011)

Promo card that will be first hand out at Spiel 2011.

It is a 4th century event. When you reveal it, remove the normal Cultural leader and replace it with this one. When you choose this leader, activate your worker(s) as per the normal rule. Then, immediately score the zone of power of your choice. Each worker in that zone grants his owner 1 VP. No workers may cascade; they stay in place (and will be scored again at the end of the century). This leader has no other effect for the rest of the century.
