Im Wandel der Jahreszeiten (Through the Seasons) is a mini expansion that was available at Essen 2008 as a giveaway.

It's a postcard that shows the four seasons of a year aligned in a circle. Each season comes with an additional action field and some minor tweaks to the resource fields and some actions. The seasons are assigned to the rounds - one round, one season. You cycle through the seasons starting with a random one until the game ends.

Spring comes with an additional sow/breed action, summer with vacation (extra victory points), fall with harvest/vegetable and winter with family growth without space (for 2 wood and 3 food). The resource tweaks are usual +/- one wood/clay/reed/stone/fish and the action tweaks are usually freebies you get when taking the tweaked action (e.g. two free fences if taking fence action etc.).

Some rules were incomplete or wrongly translated - Rules are now also in the style of the postcard - Fonts are the same as used by YellowLab - Added a border around the rules so cutting it for glueing to the back is easier Comments are welcome.

Includes tts.svg and parts necessary (excluding fonts) to print front (board) and back (rules) on 8 1/2" by 11" paper (or label stock) for mounting. Tts.png is included for viewing purposes, use for printing at your discretion. Readme.txt 1) Install the Susanna Fonts found here (http://www.k-type.com/?p=449). This is the font used in the rules portion of the print out. 2) Open tts.svg For best results print directly from Inkscape or other SVG capable program that displays it properly. Conversion to other file types muddies the font due to its small size. 3) If you want the board without the rules, the throughtheseasons_englishhq.bmp file is the board. Through The Seasons Marker Labels

This file will allow you to print off labels you can cut out and place on wooden discs to create 3 markers for the Through the Seasons expansion for Agricola. One marker is used to indicate the current season on the expansion card, and the other two are placed on the corresponding board spaces, to show which actions are affected (such as the fishing spot being frozen over for the winter.)
