This expansion was created for the Eon version of Cosmic Encounter.

Add to the base game:

1 alien power (Aristocrat), making a total of 75 in the whole game
6 different planet hex stickers (for the backs of the system hexes): Gas Giant, Pulsar, Rings, Six Pact, Space Dust, Spiral
1 Reverse Hyper-Space Cone sticker (for the back of the Hyper-Space Cone)
1 Warp & Praw sticker (for the back of the Warp hex)
6 small Reverse Hyper-Space Cone stickers (for one disc of each color in the Destiny Pile)
1 complete rule book, incorporating the basic game and all 9 expansions
