This is a total Uber Xtreme Xpansion mod for Axis & Allies Europe 1940. I have done more than add the Polish forces to the game. I have added the Polish forces in AA Europe 1940 because the Polish pilots helped contribute to victory during the Battle of Britain and they were the toughest and most determined of the Allied soldiers. They were the most battle-trained soldiers. So, I added them as a tribute to the Polish forces who risked so much escaping from their homeland, to help free Europe.

The game also includes Romanian and Hungarian soldiers fighting for the German player. These players will be played by the German player like the British player plays the Polish forces. I have changed the Italian roundel to make it more realistic because the colors were inverted. The stock is green white and red, the real roundel is red, white, and green like the colors of the Italian flag.

Players play the game like regular Axis & Allies. The game begins with usual Axis & Allies playing turn sequences, (Combat phase, non-combat phase, etc) and the turn order is Germany, (1st) Soviet Union (2nd) Poland/Great Britain (3rd) The Poles are played by the British player because the Polish soldiers escaped to Britain in 1940 after escaping from France after it fell.

The Polish player does not collect income or have a starting income like other A&A players

The goals of the game are similar to a regular Axis & Allies game. The Axis will capture London, Paris, Kiev, Moscow, and Washington. The Allies will capture the Axis capitals of Tokyo, Berlin, and Rome.

The players are Poland, France, Netherlands, Soviet Union, Hungary, Romania, Italy, United Kingdom, UK Pacific, and USA. The goal is that the Axis capture the victory cities of Paris, Moscow, London, Kiev, Leningrad, and Moscow and and the Allies will capture Berlin & Rome & Tokyo.

The Allies capture the Axis capitals of Berlin and Rome.
Their is the goal to liberate Poland. Poland will receive an income and collect income when Warsaw in the territory Poland is liberated by an Allied player. Malopolskie's been changed to Poland so that people would better recognize "Poland" and not to break too far apart with the basic game.

The rules are much the same as regular Axis & Allies.

The game also has some other changes besides the Polish forces. I wanted to expand upon the whole Axis & Allies game by adding more to it. This pack also adds new territories, such as Crimea. Crimea is now important for control of Sea zone 125 as it was in real life. The Black Sea Fleet is also represented with one Battleship and 3 Destroyers, and 1 Transports. The Romanian fleet and Russian fleet will inhabit the same waters, but Romania will not be at war until Germany is at war with the Soviet Union because Romania and Hungary are controlled by Germany.

There also new rules regarding the setup.

Germany will receive 1 Major Industrial Complex in Romania to represent the Ploesti oil refinery, which was a large portion of Germany's oil production and gasoline in World War II and 1 Major Industrial Complex for Slovakia-Hungary, which was a large portion of Germany's armaments production that supplied the Germans with the tanks they used to invade France in 1940.

This game also involves a total expansion for the Axis & Allies 1940 game to make it more historically accurate and more playable. There will be a new setup for the game. There have been several territories added. Crimea, Sea zone 128 for the Caspian Sea. Libya has 2 IPCs for value, Tobruk is now a 1 to signify its significance to World War II, i.e. Siege of Tobruk 1941.

0 Italian roundel insignia changes
