Family of games based on the original Web of Power.
Game boards show regions of different colors, with sites in each region connected to each other by a road network where players may place their houses. Each region also has an area for players to place advisors. Cards, in colors matching board regions, are shuffled and placed in a draw stack with 3-4 face up cards. Players get 3 random cards to start. Each turn, play cards then draw back up to hand limit (in some versions, face up display is immediately replenished if drawn). Play twice through the deck, even number of turns (some versions have intermediate scoring the first time through the deck).
On your turn, play a card to place either an advisor or a house in a city site in a region of the matching color. Then, may play a second matching card to take another action in that same region. For either action, may pay 2 cards of the same color as a wild. Houses are limited to 1/city site. Advisors are limited: total number in a region may not exceed the largest number of houses in that region owned by a single player.
Scoring: in each region, the player with the most houses earns 1VP per house in region. In rank order, each subsequent player gets VP equal to number of houses owned by next-higher ranked player. Any contiguous series of houses along a road with 4+ cities scores 1VP per city. Advisors score based on comparing adjacent regions as indicated on map; player(s) with majority in both countries score 1VP per advisor (of any player) in both countries. Most VP wins.
