Simulations Tacticals (SimTac) published a new tactical Napoleonic wargame rule set back in 1993 and introduced it first into its series "Batallas de la Guerra de la Independencia - Spanish Wars of Independence 1808-1812". Later they introduced the game system into other Napoleonic battlegames.

Developer is Jose Luis Arcon Dominguez.
