The Decktet is a game system, a deck of cards that can be used for many different games. Some of the most popular are Magnate and Jacynth.
The basic deck is 36 cards with 6 suits. Since most of the cards are double-suited, each suit has 10 cards. The cards employ the pairing of suits thematically, and most have names and illustrations.
The extended deck adds up to 9 extra cards which may be used in some games.
A version of the deck is offered under a Creative Commons license, and players are welcome to make their own copies and design their own games.
