Falcon Games (I)

Mr. Montague originally introduced the Million Dollar Bank Game under the name of "Falcon Games Unlimited".

When he ran into a trade mark issue with a company in England called "Falcon Games Limited" and after comparing legal filings on both sides through one of his attorneys, Mr. David Steiner, Esq, operating out of Century City, California at the time, Mr. Montague conceded that he had to abandone the name in favor of a new name. Fortunately, it was early enough in the game to change names.

So in August of 1989, Mr. Montague filed a new name under the name of Opal Star Industries to promote his name and his product line to the world market. Later on filing with Dunn & Bradsheet was made to make the name honorably known.

Opal Star Industries was further cleared by the State of California name availability listings offices for reserving corporate names. The DBA has been renewed every 5 years, faithfully, under the name of Opal Star Industries,to the current day.
