As of May, 2007, Khyber Pass Games has moved out of the DTP realm and into the world of professional wargame publication. We will now be providing die-cut counters for all new titles that are released in our Professional Line of games. And because we have had such success whith them in the past, we will still carry and support our existing Desktop Line of games
What started out as a small Desktop Publishing (DTP) Game Company many years ago, has now become the newest professional game company to join the ranks. Since 2000 we have been bringing you great military simulation board games . We have been able to succeed where other DTP companies have failed by exploring topics of military history not covered by others in the industry.
However, we will not turn our backs on the very thing that has made us successful. We will still continue to print, sell and support our current catalog of DTP games and in some cases those may be retrofitted with die-cut counters. We will also continue to add new titles to this line of games if a subject warrants a smaller print run.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality, historically accurate games that are innovative, fun, and challenging to play. We intend on making 2008 one of our best years ever and we will continue to cover overlooked, yet fascinating military topics, and provide the highest level of quality and service.
It is our customers, not us, that have allowed us to succeed.

KPG announced on May 10 that Tanga would be its last game produced and that after the release of that game in June/July, the company would be disbanded.
A new company, Legion Wargames (LWG), was formed by one of the former KPG partners Randy Lein. Games under KPG's pre-order lists would be transferred to LWG except for A Barbarous Ground and Devil Takes All, which were returned to the game designer.
