Norvic is a former name of Norwich, the pribiple town in the region. Norwich is the home of an enormous department store called Jarrolds and their storage facility is in an old mill. The man in charge of the storage said that Jarrolds did make games at one stage but any folders relating to this are now lost within their storage and there is absolutely no way that anyone can seek information by searching the facility. So there it rests. It would be wonderful if another BGG user could confirm or correct this information.
