There are two types of Waddy card games. The better quality were boxed and then wrapped in a waxy cover and sealed (see images). The cheaper ones were published and packaged in a more normal way. The only exception was Sexton Blake, made in two editions, one wrapped, one boxed.
The company were in business from the mid to late 30's.
Waddy were better known for publishing card games but they also made a few board games. As of 2011, here are the known board games:
Car Parking
Draughts
Golf
Over She Goes
+ three untitled games that appear not to have survived except for some boards...
Aerodrome/Anti-Aircraft Guns
Fort/Trenches
Offshore Boat Race
