It is a privately held corporation whose mission is to:
* Provide an Internet game playing service for the strategy board, card and dice gaming market.
* Strengthen the industry by introducing players to hit games that they may never have played before.
* Provide a place for gamers to learn about the industry, enjoy their hobby and talk with each other.
* Establish an Internet revenue stream for game publishers as a further recognition of their great work.
