Collins Epic Wargames was formed in August 2006 and as of 2010 is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). They publish and actively support the Frontline General series of WWII wargames and have other projects in the works that expand their line. The latest game released in June of 2010 is a fast-playing WWII card wargame called Frontline General: Spearpoint 1943. Several expansions for this title are in the works including Frontline General: Spearpoint 1943 Village and Defensive Line Map Expansion. Frontline General: Italian Campaign Introduction, a board game that sets up miniatures battles was the first game published by Collins and was launched in Aug 2008 at Gen Con. The game received good reviews and won a 2009 Historicon Silver Star award for Historical Miniatures Rules. CEW, LLC attends numerous conventions to promote and demonstrate their line. CEW, LLC has also secured distribution deals with various distributors for broader reach into hobby game stores across the USA, Canada, Germany, UK, and Spain.
