What Is Countermoves?
Countermoves is a multifaceted project that seeks to bring together game developers and game players to interact and share in both the creating and playing of games.
One of the public manifestations of the Countermoves project is its publication. Countermoves is a Free zine that can be gotten either in printed form or in a printable format off the net that you can print at home. It is published under the Creative Commons BY-ND-NC License that allows you to copy and share the zine with whoever your wish.
Each issue includes at least one complete game ready to play, most have two or three.

Is Countermoves Still Alive?
Countermoves was born in 2001, put out 6 issues over 3 years and has since been sleeping. As always, if there is an interest for it to put out more issues it would most likely wake up.
