This has the same art, and same four characters as the Pennywise (Cheapass Games PDF Edition 2011), but has been properly printed on nice 2½"×3½" half-laminated cardstock. It has a tendency to appear where James Ernest turns up…. (For example, Buckeye Game Fest 2011.)

What it does not include is the coins. For those, you must either print them from the PDF Version or just use poker chips or some other coins. (The denominations you need are 1¢, 2¢, 3¢, 5¢, 10¢, 20¢, and 25¢.)
