I don't have that edition, so I don't know exactly the differences besides the logo of the publisher on the cover and on the board. (I don't have the original rules)
The difference to the earlier editions (mentioned on BGG):
Money cards have round corners.
Traffic Sign with thin red circle. Bases of the pawns not tranparent, but white.
