Thud

The
Discworld
Board Game

This box contains the
Gamers Set which consists of:

A Book of Rules & Hand made
A Board of Cloth Gaming Pieces

Plus the History of Thud written by
Sir Terry Pratchett

-- from the box top label

This game set has been made in accordance with Dwarfish Tradition

It consists of 32 Dwarfs, 8 Trolls, the Thud piece, and the 8 sided board, that itself is a representation of Koom Valley, where long ages ago a mighty Battle between Dwarf & Troll was savagely fought.

-- written around the edges of the box top label

The Discworld Emporium (The Cunning Artificers's site) refers to this as "Thud, the Great Game (Table Edition)", but the text on the box label itself is used for naming of the edition here.
