Big game in a small box! Plays great with a big group.

Changed to a 10 when I realized this is the game I always take along hoping I'll get to play. With a larger group (6-10), I don't know what I'd rather play. The fact it is just a card deck in a box adds to the fun.

This is a great game for deduction mixed with combat and trading. After each session everyone talks about what happened and it's always a blast. Also, I love the artwork on the cards.

This is one of my very favourite games. You can play it with 3 up to 10 players teaming up into two factions. None of the players knows though who his team mates are. Now the game mechanics is the great thing about this game, if you win a fight you can peek at the attacked players faction card, and all other players now start speculating according to your behaviour towards that player. So this game is all about giving secret clues to your team-mates when you know they are but they don't know that you are. And it is all about reading players' behaviour. your start to triangulate player behaviours to figure out who's who, and that is when the fights get ever more tricky, with players supporting each other, using items, to favour the outcome, and then another pulls out a great job ability and finishes the fight off with an unexpected outcome. The cards look fantastic and the game fits the theme like a glove. All this in a tiny deck of cards for a great price. I even bought myself a second copy since I accidentally drove over my first one and totally tore the box... mysteriously though, the cards are still in superb conditions. EXCELLENT GAME!!

- Back-stab alert!
- Defying the test of time! 5+ years and I still can't give it a pass!

Лучшее, что я видел из командных игр. Чем больше партий в одной компании, ем интереснее становится игра. Она начинает играть совершенно неожиданными гранями и может преподнести сюрприз, когда его уже никто не ждёт.

Quick game with 4 players, great with 6 players, *can* get demanding with 8 players.
A lot of interaction, but one should explain about the importance of trading, when introducing the game to first-time players.
One of my favourites, though it may be hard to win for the newbies, if experienced players end up in one group, while all inexperienced ones end up in the other group.
Usually well received by anyone.

This is a fun bluffing/deduction game with unique mechanics. Both sides start out in the dark as to who's a friend and who's a foe. Through some careful guesswork and well placed duels, you must ensure that your team gets the required objects to declare victory, meanwhile trying to prevent your opponents from doing the same.

It plays well with 6 and leaves me wanting more. I would like to play this with more players.

The best 'hidden associations' game I know, and my favourite 'cooperative with a twist' game in general. The rules are simple, and while it is not obvious at first how to use such a limited selection of actions to win, usually the new players catch on quickly. Great fun, but really needs at least six players (and preferably an even number of them too).

One of my favorite lunch time games. Elements of deduction, deception, and backstabbing in a fun, quick game. Artwork on the cards is really cool as well. Never tried it with uneven number of players, but plays fantastic with 6, a feat not accomplished by many games in that short of time.

Compared to Werwolf and Resistance this is the best of the three of them. It does not support as many players as werewolf (up to 10 in Kutschfahrt zur Teufelsburg), but like resistance it has no player elemination and a better gameplay

In essence, this is a "team deduction" card game with a blind co-operative mechanism. It's a semi-cooperative but you don't know who your team is! Players are trying to determine who is part of which faction (two teams) by actions taken and using magic items and special powers to deduce who is on their team. Winner is the team which has a member stand up and shout out in declaration whom they are aligned with, who are their fellow teammates and can display that they have acquired the necessary possessions required for victory. If the declaration proves incomplete or partially false, then their team loses.

Really nice game, the complete asimmetricity of information is wonderful! A lot of tension.
Its problems are:
- sometimes a player has already two items and the game ends quickly with the others wondering what had happened
- newbie players tend to be unsatisfied by their first game, because they have not understood anything, and will not want to retry it

Awesome, sneaky hidden role team game! I love the art and style to it. The only hard part can be explaining how to play. It's not very complex, but it can seem like it from the rules or explained at first. Simple enough that I'd play it whenever, like Shadow Hunters but with a bit more control.

A very good game for a large crowd. Very well carried out. My only gripe is the small English font on the cards. Some of the gang didn't quite get the strategy of how to ferret out your team, etc. They lost . . . Played it twice more today - I really like this one. Kind of like Werewolf on steroids. Lots of fun with great interaction.

really fun, social game of secret alliances (some temporary, some lasting) with some good opportunities for deception. each player gets a character card, a secret role card that gives a special ability, a potion that does something i can't remember, and an object card. each person is also, secretly, a member of one of two secret societies. each society has a goal to collect object cards of a particular type (keys for one team and goblets for the other). on a players turn, the player chooses to trade an object card or attack another player. the player that was chosen to trade can decline the trade. Cards that are traded may have a special side effect when traded. when a player choose to attack another player, other players will take sides by helping to attack or helping to defend. The winner (the one with the most votes) gets to either take an object from losers hand, or look at their secret identity.

This is the same game as Die Kutschfahrt zur Teufelsburg, with a couple of tweaks. Excellent medium-to-large group game with 2 teams of players competing against each other. The catch is that no one begins the game knowing who is on who's side, and so the game amounts to a neat balance of strategy, deduction, and conflict. Quick to play, easy to teach, but first time players need to go over the FAQ. It is very important to be open to trades early in the game, and then it moves along brilliantly.

I think this might be the only game that I've ever played four times in a row after having played for the first time. With the right crowd, this is a great party game. Those that enjoy Werewolf/Bang type games should especially enjoy it. I'm not a big fan of the card art, which is standard fantasy fare, or of the theme (all this is supposedly happening inside a coach?), but it's a lot of fun to try and figure out who your teammates are through attacking each other and trading objects. It really takes a game or two to figure out what you're doing, but after that point the game plays more quickly and becomes quite enjoyable. Six seems like the ideal number, as eight might make the game drag out too long, and anything less would be kind of boring.
