Ho playtestato il gioco dall'inizio, ho visto nascere le meccaniche della conquista del pianeta tra risate e le configurazioni più svariate.

Can be very interesting with two - if the scenario is right!

A very good, mostly tactical game. I play it with the "1" being the only mining fail and the "5 and 6" being the "player's choice". Also, I recommend using a normal mine in the middle instead of the special mine for the 2-player game.

A new development type sci-fi game.
A very dry mechanics.
Since I usually like more colorful game filled with gadget, this game doesn't hit me enough to rate higher.

I like Rio de la plata than this game.

A puzzle like tile laying game when played with two. It is interesting, but not my kind of thing.

A lot of the game seemed to either a) expand away from the other players to get more energy tokens or b) build towards them to make the game more aggressive. If everyone does the first part, there is 20 or so minutes of not much happening.

Once the two areas connect, the game becomes much more interactive with a bit of 'take-that' thrown in.

Nice cover art, kinda ok game. Not as aggressive as I would have liked, felt more of a point grabbing race.

Ok abstract-ish game with luck of the dice roll to determine which crystal mines will be explored. Slow, too slow, build up. Interesting when the player areas get connected.

Played 2p, and once we got going, it was just a sort of tug of war over control of spaces. There are certainly some strategy choices, of cubes vs. actions for example, but toward the end it was a tactical grab for influence on the squares. A 3 or 4 would be interesting to try, but I'm guessing it would be a sort of random player chaos situation.

Didn't really grab me. Basically an abstract area control type game but seemed a bit meh.

Slightly clunky and dull game of tile laying and action point expedenture. Interaction is low during the build up phase, but then becomes intense to the point that a single mistake can hand the game to another player.
Not a bad game, but I found it dull and ordinary.

Arbitrary player attacks are probably my least favourite mechanism, so I'm not predisposed to like this, but even allowing for initial prejudice I was still disappointed. Abstract, prone to AP, you can be knocked back sufficiently to be effectively out of contention, and then the game wears out its welcome by going on far too long with few options left. As a good example of where the industry is going wrong, this should never have seen publication.

This was described as a clever and addictive tactical game, and it sort of seems like it might have the capacity to become this when you see the rules. But in reality, it is dull, dreary and repetitive. Yes, there are some tactical decisions to make, but I struggled to really care enough about the outcome to think too deeply. My strong suspicion is also that what little enjoyment you might be able to derive from this game will soon dissipate after a couple of plays when you realise how repetitive it is, even with the different board layouts. It also looks pig ugly, which doesn't help. A turkey!

The theme is kind of interesting and the promise of the game being somewhat chess-like has some appeal, yet the key element of owning mines is assigned to a silly dice roll, reducing so much of this to just pure randomness. In that way, this game feels incomplete, like there should have been a much better way to have mines appear in the game.
