If only it was shorter...

Good, but too complex/long in the "everyone-plays-alone" phase

4 still looks the right number of Catan players to me...

Adding complexity is a double-edged knife:
+ = it includes more strategy and depth
- = it removes some "accessibility" standard Catan offers to a wide range of gamers

Good game, funny, dice-festy.
Leaves a bit of "it could have been better" after-taste, though.

Perfect game for a beer&pretzels night (at least in the "light" version). Very funny.
To be played 5+

One of the best old-school GW games in my opinion.
Combat could have been better, though

Excellent strategy game.
Only flaw: it HAS to be played in 5.

Fixes a few minor bugs (yeah, shame on me) of the original game (namely: ports).

An additional note because of the terrific artwork.
(would have been a "3" otherwise)

Much potential, way too complicated though
(added half a note because of the excellent components: painted minis, cards, etc.)

War of the Ring aside, maybe the best two-players game out there.

Better played 1 vs 1 in my opinion; excellent 2 vs 2 as well

Way less epic than its bigger brother (not in terms of number of cards, though: there is plenty of them, luckily!), it is much faster though.
Think about a mix of Runebound and Talisman, set in Azeroth.

Good game, wonderful & epic components.
Should have been more PvP-oriented, though, or at least should have foreseen more factions (/players) interaction
