A Windows program that shuffles and draws the Action Cards which are used to resolve missions. This frees the players from having to constantly shuffle the Action Card deck, which should speed up the game. The program also includes a mini-spreadsheet for easily calculating Imperial Taxation.

This is a very old program, originally written for Windows 3.1, but it will run in Win 3.1, Win95, Win98, and WinXP. More information is in the included README.TXT file. Full source code for Visual Basic 2.0/3.0 is also included.
