I think there may be an error in this summary.

Under sequence of play, it reads:

"Declare an Action: The player with the Destiny Token starts by turning his Lord Card face up and declaring an action."

My reading of the published rules is that the player with the Destiny *chooses* whether to Declare an action; or they may pass instead, allowing the next player to choose (and so on). It is not necessary that the player with the Destiny Token is the first to reveal themselves and declare an action.
