Should be:
If this occurs during the starting players turn, the game will end at the end of the second player’s turn.
There is:
If it is not the starting players turn, the game will end at the end of the current player’s turn.
Should be:
If it is not the starting players turn, both players will receive their full turn.
After these corrections it's ensured that each player will receive the same number of turns.
